QUESTION:   Is technical support available with CheckMATE?
ANSWER:   Yes. You probably will never need to use technical support but it is available promptly by EMAIL at all times of the day.

QUESTION:   Is the CheckMATE Strategic Planning Software user friendly?
ANSWER:   Yes very user friendly.

QUESTION:   I have completed my strategic plan and have viewed and printed the reports but I can't seem to find the chart and graphs.  How can I view these?
ANSWER:   The CheckMATE Strategic Planning Software does not include any charts or graphs for you to print at this time.  There are charts and graphs in the manuals for you to use as examples only.  You may View and Print the manuals from the Products section of this web site.

QUESTION:   I have been working in CheckMATE for some time now and I have noticed that many of the menus and buttons are not available.  Why is this?
ANSWER:   The software is different based on the type of license that you buy.  With the single user option, you will not have access to all of the features of the software.  These features are for the network version only.

QUESTION:   I just purchased the software.  Do I need to download and install the patch?
ANSWER:   No.  The patch is only for the first release of the new software.  If you purchased the software after January 2003, you do not need to install the patch.

QUESTION:   I just purchased the software.   Do I need to download the program for each license that I bought or just once?
ANSWER:   You only need to download the install program once.  The software will know how many licenses you bought.  Be sure to use the Quick Start Guide and the Install section of the Manual to install the program on your environment.

QUESTION:   Do you have an Apple Mac version of the CheckMATE Strategic Planning Software or have the software in different languages?
ANSWER:   No, not at this time.

QUESTION:   Is conceptual support available for conducting the strategic planning process?
ANSWER:   Yes, just EMAIL Dr. David anytime day or night.

QUESTION:   Is my username and password the same for the software and the website?
ANSWER:   No, your user information is not the same. Please refer to the CheckMATE Quick Start Guide for directions on logging in and setting up users in the software.

QUESTION:   Can I download the software from any of my computers?
ANSWER:   Yes, you may download the software from any computer that has access to the internet.
